- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My kids have seen Dr. Biberstein for years and he was my doctor as a child. It seems that now he isnt taking a whole lot of time to really evaluate his patients. On 3 different occasions now, I have brought my child(ren) in for an illness... I get a vague answer and am sent out the door. I then have to go to the ER because my child(ren) are not getting better. Most recently my 3 month old daughter who has been running a fever of 101-104. He ran no tests at all and stated that my daughter had a viral infection even though she had no other symptoms other than irritability. Here I am just getting home from the ER not even 24 hours later, where the actually ran tests and found she has a UTI. While I dont blame him for the medical condition, I do blame him for the lack of attention. This could have been resolved in his office the same day. I now have to foot an ER bill/lab bill/provider bill from the hospital ontop of whatever he is going to bill my insurance for the office visit the previous day... I am sad to say that this isnt the firat time it has happened. I will be switching providers immediatly.February 23, 2017by Rebecca Robbins
